沒有民主下的皇后
皇后碼頭清場，一場紛爭相信應該會來個中場休息。清拆皇后，反對者視為文化、歷史的煙沒、支持者認為是發展社會應付的代價。
假如是私產，決定權歸業主，值得保留與否視乎有沒有人(或一群人)願意出資購買並保留。假如是政府產業，業權歸所有市民，保留與否其實應由全民衡量價值、成本後投票決定；事實上，不少城市的重大發展建設是由公投所決定。
偏偏皇后碼頭是公產、偏偏香港沒有民主。
